The club will enter teams but club members need to check their emails for club information.

We will use the club Relay App to determine how many teams to enter.

Check with AV for times etc. Times indicated here are approximate.

MEMBERS ONLY TRAINING TIME

MONDAY: 6.30 – 9pm
TUES, WED, THUR: 5 – 7.30,
FRIDAY: (ELAC 5-10)
SATURDAY: (ELAC 7 – 1pm)
SUNDAY: 9 – 1pm,

On Wednesday, lanes 1, 2 and 3 are available

for circular training. Other lanes in front straight are for Little Athletes, rear straight for seniors.
